tStore Manager – Vape Store

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team at our vape store in Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage the day-to-day running of a busy store. Previous experience in the vape industry is not essential, as full product and industry training will be provided.raining will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead, support and motivate the retail team
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Ensure the store is clean, organised and presented to a high standard
- Manage stock levels, deliveries and stock rotation
- Operate the till and handle cash accurately
- Meet store sales and performance targets
- Ensure company policies, procedures and legal requirements are followed
- Deal confidently and professionally with customer queries and complaints
- Assist with staff training, rotas and general team management
- Maintain high standards of compliance, cleanliness and presentation
- Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the store
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous retail experience (essential)
- Has experience supervising or managing a retail team (preferred)
- Is confident, friendly and professional when dealing with customers
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Is comfortable working towards sales and performance targets
- Has good attention to detail
- Can demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Training Provided
Vape industry experience is not essential. We provide full training on our products, systems and store procedures, so the successful candidate will have the support they need to become confident in the role.
