BeSure Group is looking for a highly motivated, organised, and persuasive individual to join our team and help expand our national network of engineer partners across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing business and play a key role in building and supporting our engineer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and recruit new engineer partners across the UK.
- Manage the full onboarding journey from initial contact through to successful activation.
- Issue onboarding packs and required documentation to new partners.
- Follow up regularly to ensure onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements are completed promptly.
- Provide support to engineer partners with onboarding queries, invoices, documentation, and account-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Monitor partner credentials, insurance documents, qualifications, and compliance requirements to ensure they remain up to date.
- Build strong relationships with engineer partners and act as their main point of contact.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
