We are recruiting for a Chef at Benoli situated in the heart of Norwich.
Benoli is an independently run restaurant in central Norwich, we offer a casual dining experience serving Italian inspired menus. We are included in the prestigious Michelin Guide and have been for the past 4 years.
- Run by owner Oliver Boon, his team provides training for chefs at all the levels. He has 10 years training in London for some of the best chefs in the country. The list include, Bryn Williams, Gordon Ramsay and finally Michel Roux Jr. and Albert Roux at the Landau where he was head chef.
- We are recruiting a relatively experienced Chef who has a genuine passion for their job and food. This would be a great place to learn and develop your skills.
- There will be opportunities to progress within the kitchen.
- Wage to be determined depending on experience
- Generous tips package on top of hourly wage
