Leadership & People Management Coach / Organisational Psychologist
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Psychologist or Leadership Coach with a strong background in hospitality management to provide coaching and professional development support to a manager responsible for leading a hospitality team.
As a growing company operating across five locations and employing more than 150 team members, we are seeking expert guidance on how to scale our people management practices effectively, strengthen leadership capabilities, and navigate the challenges that come with managing a larger workforce.
The objective is to develop effective communication, leadership, conflict-resolution, and people-management skills while fostering a positive, productive, and supportive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will provide practical, workplace-focused guidance on team dynamics, employee engagement, performance management, staff development, and effective leadership within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience working with hospitality businesses and multi-site operations is highly desirable, with an emphasis on delivering practical strategies that can be applied in day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of the business.
Pay: £100.00-£300.00 per day
