Responsibilities
- Lead generation: proactively identify and attract potential candidates through multiple channels, including social media management, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage client platforms to streamline recruitment processes.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize communication skills to effectively present job opportunities and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring metrics within ATS platforms.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles, preferably within a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of social media management tools for sourcing candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and understanding of HR processes related to talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in lead generation techniques for recruiting top talent is a plus.
