We have recently just brought a new yard in Olney, and are looking for reliable and self motivated people to ensure the yard's success and smooth running in day to day operations.
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Yard Operative's to join our busy team. You’ll help manage stock, prepare orders, and keep our yard organised and safe. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing the job right.
Hours:
Mon–Fri: 07:00–17:00 | Alternate Saturdays: 08:00–12:30
Key Responsibilities
- Check and store incoming goods accurately
- Pick, prepare, and load orders safely and on time
- Operate forklifts (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe yard
- Assist with van deliveries when required
What We’re Looking For
- Organised, dependable, and team-oriented
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Forklift licence preferred (training available)
- Full UK driving licence required
