Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing plans.
- Manage supplier performance and negotiations.
- Oversee procurement operations.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Support cross-functional supply chain projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Extensive procurement or sourcing experience.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP procurement systems.
Pay: £89,000.00 per year
