Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Skilled Operatives / Labourers to begin work for a well-established company in the Castledawson, Mallusk, and Omagh areas.

- Castledawson – 2 to 3 Roles Available
- Omagh – 1 Role Available
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (hours dependent on site requirements)
- Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15 per hour
- Start: ASAP
- Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Available
Brief Role Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Skilled Operatives / Labourers to join a busy property maintenance and construction team working across void and tenanted properties.
Duties will include:
- Kerbing and flagging works
- Fencing installation and repairs
- Blockwork
- Concreting
- Loading, unloading, moving and securing materials
- Operating light and heavy equipment where required
- Assisting tradespeople and site teams
- Maintaining clean and safe working environments
- Working under instruction to meet client requirements
- Completing site paperwork and documentation as required
- General labouring and construction duties
Long-term work available for the right candidates.
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Previous construction, groundwork, or maintenance experience preferred
- CSCS card preferred
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Full UK Driving Licence advantageous
- Skilled Operatives with relevant experience may be provided with a company van
