Option 1 - Permanent Nights
22:00 - 06:00
Pay rate: £16.29 per hour
Option 2 - Weekend Shift Pattern
Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 - 18:00
Pay rate (weekends): £16.29 per hour
Plus 2 weekday shifts (rotating):

06:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 22:00

Weekday pay rate: £13.03 per hour
Option 3 - Monday to Friday Rotational Shifts
06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
Pay rate: £13.03 per hour
All options include a 2-week training period paid at £12.71 per hour
As an Order Picker at DHL, you'll play a key role in warehouse operations:
Accurately picking and packing customer orders using handheld scanners
Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling
Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory accuracy
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
Following health & safety procedures and site rules
Previous order picking or warehouse experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Physically fit and able to lift items safely
