Plumber – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
Location: Enfield and Barnet
Salary: £21 p/h
Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join our client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across North London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a permanent position offered after a successful 3-month period.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in Plumbing, alongside basic multi trade skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plumbing
- General repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
- Patch tiling
- Patch plastering
- Painting
- Damp and mould treatment
Requirements
- Strong Plumbing skills
- Proven experience working in social housing (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
- Salary of £39,000 per annum

- Temp-to-perm position (permanent after 3 months)
