Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide personalized skincare treatments and beauty therapies that promote relaxation and skin health
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on treatments and products
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences to ensure consistent quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in nail technician services, beauty therapy, waxing & lash lifts with a portfolio of work preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain treatments
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and safety protocols in nail care and makeup application
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly attitude with a passion for helping clients feel confident and pampered
- Certification or training in nail technology or beauty therapy is highly desirable
