What You'll Do
Convert inbound enquiries into sales
Advise customers on mobile phone and SIM-only packages
Handle PAC codes and number transfers
Deliver outstanding customer service
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Manage the sales process from enquiry to activation
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' telesales experience
Previous experience selling mobile phone contracts and SIM-only packages
Strong understanding of PAC codes and mobile number porting
Proven sales track record
Excellent communication and closing skills
Positive, professional and target-driven attitude
Applications without previous mobile telecoms sales experience will not be considered.

Working Hours
Monday-Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Optional Overtime
Monday-Friday: 6:00pm-8:00pm (£25 per hour)
Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm (£25 per hour)

Our office is based in Shifnal, near Telford, within a beautifully restored barn conversion surrounded by stunning countryside views.
