Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the windows of residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities
- Clean windows of various sizes and heights, both internally and externally, using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and address any concerns.
- Maintain equipment, including squeegees, brushes, and safety harnesses, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Organise daily schedules efficiently to maximise productivity across multiple sites.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and punctual at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights using safety equipment safely.
