Our client is currently looking for a Quality Inspector.
Key Duties
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welding-based components at designated quality gates on the shopfloor.
- Verify that products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, record, and report defects, non-conformances, or quality concerns.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality management procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment.
- Experience using inspections aids, gauges fixtures or other inspection tools.
- Knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Computer literate
Hours of Operation
- Days - Monday to Thursday (06:00-14:30) and Friday (06:00 - 12:30)
- Lates - Monday to Thursday (14:30 - 23:00) and Friday (12:30 - 19:00)
- Could go onto 3 shifts with consultation
