Head Fitness Coach - Kingfisher -£25,805.41-£26,514.46 (FTE)
In this role you will be supporting and motivating fitness staff at Abbeycroft, including the mentoring of Fitness Apprentices at your site. This will include monthly 1-1’s with your staff and making your sites fitness suite thrive. You will advocate members in achieving their goals and take charge of the maintenance in your fitness suite. At times you may be required to take on member inductions, programme reviews and on occasions deliver HIIT and CORE classes, always delivering excellent customer service.
33 hours per week on a 3 week rolling rota:
Wk 1: Monday 2-9pm, Wednesday 6am-2pm, Thursday 6am-2pm, Friday 2-9pm
Wk 2: Monday 2-9pm, Wednesday 6am-2pm, Thursday 6am-2pm, Friday 2-9pm, Saturday 8am-4pm
Wk3: Monday 2-9pm, Tuesday 10am-3pm, Wednesday 6am-2pm, Thursday 6am-2pm, Friday 2-9pm

Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting and Mentoring fitness staff, including the fitness Apprentice
· Conducting monthly 1-1 sessions with staff to maintain their development
· Instructing and Motivating our members/customers
· Educating members/customers on what Abbeycroft can offer them
· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the gym suite
· Maintaining equipment on the gym floor
· Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for various activities.
· Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests.
· Opening and closing the building
Requirements:
· Responsible individual with a passion for working in health and well-being.
· Prior experience working in a gym environment essential
· Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others.
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
· Commitment to health and safety in the fitness suite
Qualifications:
· Level 2 Fitness Qualification minimum
· First Aid at work certification
Candidates without a Level 2 fitness qualification will not be eligible for this role. First Adi at work certifications can be attained with Abbeycroft.
