Experienced Groundworker/builder/tarmac layer
Location: Bradford/ Leeds
Terms: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary / rate: £25k to £40k ( This will be dependant on your skills and knowledge of the job)
Responsibilities: We are looking for experienced and skilled staff. The skill set can range from HGV level 2 to drive our vehicles , building, landscapes, groundwork, tarmacadam, resin installations or concrete print.

About the Role
We specialise in:
- Tarmacadam surfacing
- Resin-bound installations
- Pattern imprinted concrete
- All aspects of groundworks
Based in Bradford, we carry out domestic driveway projects throughout Yorkshire, as well as commercial contracts nationwide. Working away from home is minimal, and all travel expenses incurred whilst on site are covered.
Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced and skilled operatives with knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- HGV Class 2 driving and vehicle operation
- Groundworks
- Landscaping
- Tarmacadam installation
- Resin-bound surfacing
- Pattern imprinted concrete
- Operating small plant machinery
- Working safely and efficiently on both domestic and commercial projects
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (towing experience preferred)
- CSCS card holder
- NVQ Level 2 qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Experience operating small plant machinery, including dumpers and excavators, with relevant tickets preferred
- Previous experience within the groundworks and surfacing industry
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative when required
