Mental Health Recovery Worker – North Norfolk
PLEASE NOTE - This is a temporary position for a 3-month period and is available for an immediate start. Applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS on the DBS Update Service (rolling DBS) and be available to commence work straight away. The role will involve supporting and covering clients across the North Norfolk community, so flexibility and the ability to travel within the area are essential.

About the Role
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will:
· Support adults (18+) with severe mental health needs
· Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support
· Help individuals achieve their goals through tailored interventions
· Develop and review risk assessments, safety plans and recovery plans
· Empower people to build independence, choice and control

Salary & Extras
· £24,968.26 basic salary
· £1,066.65 recruitment & retention allowance
· Total: £26,034.91
· Overtime available (£72.85 per sleep-in shift (additional))
Essential Requirements
· Full UK driving licence
· Access to a vehicle for work (mileage paid)
· Willingness to work shifts – weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota
