As we scale, we're looking for a senior-level demand generation expert to take the reins of our inbound engine, with real budget, real momentum and a leadership team ready to back you.
The Opportunity
We're searching for a hands-on Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and accelerate SymTerra's inbound engine. This isn't just a leadership role, it's a practitioner role for someone who wants to get stuck in and see tangible results from their own campaigns.
You'll take a testing motion that's already showing early signs of working and turn it into a repeatable, scaling system across multiple digital channels. This is a highly visible role reporting into our Chief Revenue Officer, with direct influence over how SymTerra goes to market. You won't be executing someone else's playbook, you'll be building it, and helping shape customer acquisition and revenue growth as we expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute demand generation strategy across channels, with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns spanning paid search, paid social, SEO and landing pages.
- Use HubSpot to manage the full funnel, from lead capture to nurture, scoring and attribution.
- Continuously optimise website performance and landing pages to improve conversion.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEMRush.
- Monitor and report on performance (using Google Analytics)
- Work closely with sales to align marketing-qualified leads with pipeline targets.
- Test and scale new channels once the core motion is proven, including video, LinkedIn and content syndication.
- Own email marketing and nurture campaigns, keeping MQLs warm and closed-lost prospects engaged.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape positioning and go-to-market strategy as SymTerra expands into new regions.
About You
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, including direct ownership of budget and reporting into commercial leadership
- Proven experience running paid digital demand generation, ideally with a startup or scale-up.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, SEMRush, Squarespace, and Google Analytics.
- Strong commercial instincts. You think in pipeline and revenue impact, not just marketing metrics.
- Excellent instincts for messaging and copy, even if you're not the primary copywriter.
- Comfortable operating in a small team environment, happy to be hands-on with execution as well as strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and influence at leadership level.
