We are currently looking to grow our dedicated team of Support Workers to work at Beckdale House, Manchester

Beckdale House is a welcoming residential home in Sale, Greater Manchester, offering person-centred support in a comfortable and inclusive environment. Situated on a quiet residential street with excellent transport links, the home provides a peaceful setting while remaining close to Sale town centre, local parks, community facilities, and Manchester city centre. With spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and attractive outdoor spaces, Beckdale House creates a safe and supportive place where people can feel at home while remaining connected to their local community.

Whether it's a dance in the kitchen, a walk in the park, off to the local swimming baths, or a moment of calm during challenging behaviours, you’ll be making an impact that truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of those you support, but will typically include:
- Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and medication
- Assisting with household tasks, food preparation, and shopping
- Promoting independence through companionship
- Involved in activities, swimming, cinema, online shopping, booking spa days
- Recording care notes and assisting with healthcare plans
Shift Patterns:
Standard 12hr shifts, across days and nights. You must have flexibility to work weekends
(Rotas provided in advance for a great work-life balance!)
