Ronzio Hamilton - Supervisor Full Time Position (with Barista Experience preferred)
We are looking for an energetic, hands on Supervisor to help lead our busy Ronzio Hamilton store. This is a hands on role and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride on delivering an exceptional customer experience loves great coffee and food. Candidate must be flexible and able to work 5 days over 7 availability at the weekends is a must
What you'll do:
- Oversee the day to day running of the shop ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
- Lead, train and motivate the team to maintain high standards across service, coffee quality and cleanliness
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and labour costs in line with the business needs
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed to company standards
- Daily Operations such as ordering, stock control open and closing duties, ordering and supplier management
- Manage/train staff, staff rotas, sickness reporting and holiday requests
- Drive sales through strong floor presence, upselling and maintaining and inviting atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and company policies
- Work closely with head office to implement promotions, menus and operational standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Experience in a management role is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong organisational skills especially with rotas and staff planning
- Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic and Great Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company policies
- Upselling and maintaining an inviting environment and atmosphere
- Work with head office to implement promotions, menus and operational standards
- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
