Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing and Mechanical Manager to lead our team in delivering top-tier plumbing and mechanical services across our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and management of all plumbing and mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and related infrastructure. As a key leader, you will oversee project execution, supervise technical staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing and mechanical projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Review technical schematics, blueprints, and system diagrams to facilitate accurate installation and troubleshooting.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals efficiently.
- Ensure all systems comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems for automation purposes.
Experience
- Proven management experience in plumbing, mechanical systems, or facilities management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong background in project management with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping networks, pumps, valves, and related infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with schematics interpretation and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and supervise technical staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders seamlessly.
