Smallbrook is our beautifully designed care home in Horley, nestled at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac and set within more than an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds. We provide highquality residential and dementia care, available on both a permanent and respite basis.
There is a range of luxury facilities including 41 spacious bedrooms, Bright and welcoming communal area’s including a library, sensory room and hair salon, landscaped gardens and spacious outdoor terraces.
