Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Assist in organizing and supervising recreational activities, classes, and events for visitors of all ages
- Manage daily operations of leisure facilities, including equipment setup and maintenance checks
- Support the management team with scheduling, guest inquiries, and operational logistics
- Address guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all leisure amenities and spaces
- Promote upcoming programs and activities to encourage participation and engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in management or hospitality is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- During School Holiday periods, the ability to consider extra shifts as required
- A positive, energetic approach with a passion for creating fun and inclusive environments

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
