Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of usage.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills when processing payments.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
