We are currently recruiting 4 Support Workers to join a well-established Children's Residential Home in Southall supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to young people.
- Promote independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
- Build trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Support daily routines, education and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and Children's Home Regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider staff team to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year's experience working within a Children's Residential Care Home in the UK.
✔ Experience supporting young people with EBD.
✔ Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Flexible to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins where required.
✔ Full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
Please note: A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare is not essential for this role. Relevant experience within a Children's Residential Home is the key requirement.
