DCYPHER BEAUTY are at an exciting stage in our growth journey and are looking to build and develop an exceptional production team at our Head Quarters based in Runcorn, Cheshire (WA7 1HR)
We are on the hunt for a small but mighty Leadership team who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production operations within a fast-paced and innovative DTC environment.
The roles will be responsible for leading a team of production operatives, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, safety, and team engagement across the shift.
A day in the life…
· Leading and motivating the production team of operatives to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
· Monitoring workflow, stock movement, packing accuracy, and productivity throughout the shift.
· Conducting team briefings and allocating tasks based on operational priorities.
· Supporting onboarding and training new team members.
· Ensuring health & safety procedures and company policies are always followed.
· Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating concerns where required.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams and specifically Customer Service to maintain service levels and drive customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will have…
· Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or retail distribution environment.
· Experience leading or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, willing to roll up their sleeves, and confident making decisions in the best interests of the wider business.
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
· Flexible approach to shift patterns and operational demands- available 7 days a week between 8am and 6pm on a Rota pattern.
· IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems and all Microsoft products including teams, excel.

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
