What You’ll Do
As our Practice Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, holistic care for our diverse patient community. Your day may include:
· Providing wound care, vaccinations, and treatment room services
· Supporting chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension)
· Conducting health checks, screenings, and preventive care
· Offering patient education and lifestyle support
· Assisting GPs with clinical procedures
· Helping drive quality improvement and best practice within the clinic
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
· Current nursing registration with NMC.
· Experience in general practice or community/primary care (preferred but not essential)
· Experienced within a particular area of interest i.e. Respiratory. Diabetes etc. (not essential)
· Strong clinical assessment skills and a proactive, patient-centred approach
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· A desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a positive clinic culture
