P K Group are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Trade Operatives to join their team, supporting on various refurbishment of tenanted and void properties for local authorities based within Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
The ideal candidates should be able to easily commute to various properties or travel in small teams to the required locations.
Sub-contractors will be considered.
Essential requirements:
- Should be skilled and experienced in Joinery, Basic Plumbing, Finishing, Plastering & Decorating – with any other additional trades being an advantage.
- Be able to produce high quality work across all areas of Maintenance, Refurbishment, Rip-Out & Fit-Out as required.
- Full UK Driving License
- CSCS Card (Highly desirable)
- Able to work as part of a small team.
- Must have own transport.
Hours of Work:
- Mainly Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend.
Pay:
- Dependant upon experience – highly competitive rates of pay offered.
- 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
