Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development in line with early childhood education standards.
- Provide high-quality childcare by ensuring the safety, well-being, and emotional support of every child in your care.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging independence and confidence through active engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on continuous improvement and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, needs, and achievements.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and daily activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support management in implementing policies related to health and safety, safeguarding, and curriculum delivery.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognized certification.
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in engaging young learners.
