Bar Manager

45 Hour contract
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar team and deliver an outstanding guest experience in our busy restaurant bar.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain cocktail, wine, and beverage standards.
- Monitor sales, minimise waste, and achieve financial targets.
Hiring Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a busy restaurant or bar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service.
- Experience with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £48,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
