As our Night Manager you will…
- Oversee the operations of the hotel or resort during the night shift.
- Ensure that all employees are following standards and procedures set by the hotel.
- Manage and organize any guest complaints, incidents or emergencies that may occur during the night.
- Conduct front desk services, including check-in and check-out processes for guests arriving and departing during the night.
- Coordinate with housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests.
- Monitor and maintain hotel security, including surveillance and patrols.
- Review and manage inventory, ensuring supplies are fully stocked for the next day.
- Prepare and report on nightly activity, including guests' expenses, incidents, and occupancy rates.
- Respond to any ad-hoc requests from senior management during the night shift.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
· Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality
· Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
· Self-motivated and good organisational skill
