Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production line
- Assist with assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools to meet quality specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of products during manufacturing to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Support warehouse activities such as stock handling, packaging, and loading finished goods
- Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Previous warehouse or factory experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
