At Alba Veterinary Physiotherapy, we are dedicated to helping animals move better, feel better, and live life to the fullest. Based in Inverness, we are proud to run the only veterinary physiotherapy and hydrotherapy centre in the Highlands, featuring an underwater treadmill, dog gym, and a mobile equine clinic.
We treat a wide range of conditions including orthopaedic injuries, neurological conditions, arthritis, dysplasia, and sports-related injuries—always delivering tailored, individualised rehabilitation plans.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Veterinary Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team.
You will work with a varied caseload of small animals and equines, supporting rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality veterinary physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes
- Work with post-operative, chronic, neurological, and sporting cases
- Use hydrotherapy and gym-based rehabilitation equipment
- Communicate effectively with owners, vets, and the wider team
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinical environment
About You
- Qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Passionate about animal rehabilitation and welfare
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and compassionate approach
