Commercial Coordinator — Women Automotive Network

About the Role
You'll work directly with our CEO to keep sales and tean moving. Turning plans into actions, making sure leads are followed up, the team delivers what's promised, and nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential partners and keep conversations moving
- Book and coordinate discovery calls for the CEO
- Keep CRM records clean and up to date
- Turn voice notes and short instructions into clear next steps
- Coordinate daily tasks across the wider team
- Track performance and flag when things are slipping
- Send a simple weekly update — done, next, needs attention
You're the right person if:
