About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
The ideal candidate is confident creating engaging content, understands social media trends, and can turn ideas into content that builds brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
● Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
● Write captions, posts, and other social media copy.
● Create or coordinate photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other visual content.
● Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
● Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
● Grow social media followers and improve engagement.
● Track and analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports.
● Work with the wider team to plan campaigns, promotions, and content.
● Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
Requirements
● Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
● Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative approach to content and storytelling.
● Ability to understand social media analytics and performance metrics.
● Strong organisational and time-management skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
● Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
