Responsibilities

- Support food production processes, including ingredient prep, portioning, and plating to meet presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Help supervise junior kitchen staff and coordinate tasks during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Contribute to menu development ideas and suggest improvements based on guest feedback and culinary trends
- Support serving staff during peak hours by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes
Skills
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience demonstrating familiarity with food preparation and cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
