Job Description:
We are an established Healthcare Agency providing Mental Health Support Workers into the private healthcare industry. Establishments that we cover include male only and female only private mental health hospitals and supported living environments, working with service users with a range of mental health issues such as: autism, substance abuse, acute brain injuries, learning disabilities, personality disorder and more.

We are looking for enthusiastic people that are empathetic, compassionate and caring, who will be the right fit when working with patients with an array of illnesses.
The location is not easily accessible by public transport so candidates will ideally have their own transport.

Your Role:
- Conduct observations – Levels 1-4.
- Involvement with social activities and entertainment.
- Aid every individual with living as independently as possible.
- Identify and document behaviours associated with relapse triggers by familiarising yourself with care plans and allocation sheets.
- The candidate will have the ability to cope positively with challenging and diverse behaviours.
- Communicate well with the team.
- Flexible working schedule across a 7 day week (including some weekends).
Requirements:
- Having experience within a mental health care setting is ideal.
- Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Ability to work shifts (days or nights).
- Good communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Driving licence (preferable due to location).
- Enhanced DBS (preferable).
