An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Referral and Assessment Hub, part of Greater Manchester Mental Health as a Team Administrator.
This position is a full time (37.5 hours) Monday - Friday and will be supporting the Senior Administrator in providing comprehensive administrative services to the clinical and medical teams within the Bolton Directorate

Main duties of this role include (but not exhaustive of): -
Be the first telephony point of contact for all service users, carers and other professionals
Booking of appointments
Diary management
Receiving and processing of referrals
Minuting of team and Multi-disciplinary Team Meetings
Audio typing of letters
Ensure accurate up to date information is documented and recorded on the electronic record system

To support the Senior Administrator in providing a comprehensive administrative service to the medical teams within the Bolton directorate.
The Team Administrator will undertake general office duties including the typing of medical and other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing. They will answer and manage calls from service uses and their carers / relatives and other health and social care professionals.
