Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi-Trade Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of construction, maintenance, and repair tasks across multiple trades. Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work
- Conduct roofing repairs and installations with attention to safety standards
- Carry out construction painting, surface preparation, and finishing work
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems as required
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks
- Fabricate custom components or modifications as needed for projects
- Assist in site preparation, clean-up, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding,
- Demonstrable ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience in fabrication processes is highly desirable
- Prior work on construction sites or maintenance projects preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage diverse tasks efficiently
