Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading household belongings with care and precision
- Safely transport items between locations using company vehicles, adhering to all driving regulations
- Use heavy lifting techniques to move furniture and boxes, ensuring safety for yourself and others
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate moving schedules and address needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicle cleanliness and equipment checks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent injuries during lifting, carrying, or driving tasks
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory management and preparing items for transportation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver or similar certification preferred
- Experience working in warehouses or handling heavy lifting tasks
- Ability to operate moving equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy items repeatedly throughout the day
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules
