Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by an established property consultancy in Oxfordshire who are actively hiring for an experienced Property Manager to come on board leasehold team and oversee a local portfolio of blocks/estates. Core responsibilities:
- Full oversight of your own portfolio in Oxfordshire, liaising regularly with leaseholders/clients and all stakeholders.
- Overseeing section 20 major works when required, going out to tender and liaising with external contractors
- Setting and managing service charge budgets with support from your senior management team.
- Dealing with LPE1 forms
- Attending site visits, conducting H&S checks and chairing AGMs
- Be a valued member of the team, helping others when you can!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager who is looking for progression and wants to work for a market leader in the area. This role will give you training, qualification sponsorship and the chance to work with some experienced specialists in the industry. What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in Property Management is essential, either in Block Management or AST Residential Management
- A proven track record delivering high level customer service to clients and stakeholders
- A can do attitude and a charismatic personality, passion for the job is really important for this client!
- Local to the office, able to commute there 4 days a week with 1 day working from home
- Relevant industry qualifications are desirable
- A full UK driving license
