The Role
As a Senior Care Professional, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the exceptional standard of care we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality personal care and support
- Completing and overseeing care plans and risk assessments
- Medication administration and competency checks
- Supporting and mentoring new carers
- Spot checks, quality assurance visits, and client reviews
- Being a reliable point of contact for clients, families, and the team
You’ll be the face of the branch in the community, setting the tone for what Outstanding care really looks like.
What You’ll Need
- Completed or working towards Level 3 Health & Social Care
- UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A confident, compassionate approach
- Someone who leads by example and genuinely cares about doing a good job
