We are currently looking for motivated and quality driven part time Complex Care Support Workers / Caregivers in Cambuslang to join our growing Homecare Scotland family and work between to clients receiving care.

The Clients:
A lovely and friendly girl with a very active social life living with Cerebral Palsy. She is a wheelchair user who enjoys getting out and about, music and Disney films. She needs help with social support and accessing activities such as swimming, going out in the car and shopping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with complex care
- Support with social activities, outings and interests
- Awareness of epilepsy and neurological conditions
- Client would prefer female support workers
- Administering medication
- Prompting with aspects of personal care and support with moving and handling (one client has tracking hoist in home)
- A Full UK Driving licence is an essential requirement and the ability to drive their vehicle.
Desirable Experience:
- Excellent team working skills
- Care experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided
- A great sense of fun and humour
- Excellent experience for student nurses/physios
- Knowledge of Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy would be desirable
Hours and Shifts:
- Monday – 9am – 3pm (ideal for working parents) and occasional Sunday cover
