We have an exciting new vacancy for a Head of Marketing to join our team at Britannia Hotels Head Office in Trafford Park.
Britannia Hotels is one of the UK's leading hotel groups, with over 60 hotels across England, Scotland and Wales. We are looking for a commercially driven marketing professional to lead our Marketing Department, strengthen our brand presence, and deliver innovative campaigns that drive revenue across our portfolio.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Head Office in Trafford Park. The role will also involve occasional travel to our hotel sites across the UK.

As our Head of Marketing, you will be required to:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Lead and manage the Marketing Department, ensuring all activity aligns with the Britannia Hotels brand.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR and print.
- Oversee the company websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
- Lead the social media strategy across the hotel portfolio.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Revenue, Sales and Operations teams to maximise occupancy and commercial performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, website analytics and booking data to optimise future marketing activity.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies where required.
- Travel to hotel sites across the UK when required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the hospitality, leisure or tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing and website management.
- Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering results.
