Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Nursery Manager to lead and inspire our early childhood education team. Duties
- Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise, support and motivate nursery staff to deliver high quality childcare and early childhood education
- Develop and implement age appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity and social skills
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety and regulatory standards governing childcare facilities
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication and regular updates
- Manage administrative tasks including staff scheduling, record keeping and budgeting
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Extensive knowledge of childcare practices, health & safety regulations and early childhood development principles
- Experience working directly with children across various age groups
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English to liaise effectively with staff, parents and regulatory bodies
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently and accurately
