Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver personalized tutoring sessions in GCSE Science, ensuring clarity and engagement for all learners
- Assess students’ current understanding and tailor lesson plans to address their specific strengths and areas for improvement
- Use effective teaching strategies to explain complex scientific concepts in an accessible manner
- Support students with exam preparation, including practice questions, revision techniques, and study skills
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and guardians as appropriate
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that motivates students to excel
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, or educational coordinators to align tutoring goals with curriculum standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE Science or related subjects
- Strong knowledge of biology, chemistry, and physics at the secondary education level
- Experience working with children or young learners, including those with special educational needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain scientific concepts clearly and effectively
