Insurd is a specialist insurance broker providing insurance solutions to customers across the UK.
We're growing and looking for talented, motivated Sales Agents to join our team.

Previous insurance experience isn't essential. If you're a great salesperson, we'll give you the training and support you need to develop your insurance knowledge.
The Role
As a Sales Agent, you'll speak with customers looking for insurance, understand their individual requirements and help them find suitable cover from our range of insurance products.
You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, building rapport and converting opportunities into sales while providing a high standard of customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers by telephone to understand their insurance requirements and provide appropriate quotations.
- Building rapport and delivering a professional, personal customer experience.
- Converting sales opportunities and working towards individual and team targets.
- Developing a strong understanding of our insurance products and insurer panel.
- Clearly explaining cover, pricing and relevant policy information to customers.
- Managing customer enquiries efficiently and following up sales opportunities.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Keeping your product and industry knowledge up to date.
What We're Looking For
Telephone sales experience is essential, but previous insurance experience isn't.
We're particularly interested in people who:
- Have proven experience in telephone sales.
- Are confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers.
- Can quickly build rapport and understand what a customer needs.
- Are motivated by targets and the opportunity to earn bonus.
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Are self-motivated, organised and results-focused.
- Enjoy working as part of a successful team.
- Are comfortable working independently when working from home.
Experience within insurance or financial services would be an advantage, but full product and insurance training will be provided.
