Salary: £25,500 with OTE of £40,000 – £45,000

What you’ll be doing
- Working towards and achieving sales targets each month.
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
- Helping customers find the right vehicle based on their needs.
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Selling additional products and service packages.
- Keeping customers informed throughout their journey.
- Building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business or referrals.

- A confident, outgoing people person
- Proven ability to deliver strong results
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Driven, resilient and motivated by earning potential
- Full UK manual driving licence
