Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Weekend Team Member with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and support the team across all areas of the centre.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer enquiries.
- Operate the till and handle transactions.
- Assist with kitchen and café duties.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Be flexible to work weekends during business hours (09:30–18:30).
Essential Criteria
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with weekend availability.
- Good organisational skills and attention to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety and food hygiene.
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
