Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant wedding hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food service and customer relations within a dynamic environment.
This is a zero hour contract position.
We are looking for bar and front of house team members.
Shifts range between 08:00 and 02:00 Monday-Sunday and of varied length
We are looking for team members who are happy with flexible and varied hours weekly hours.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation and quality standards
- Set up and clear tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout service
- Handle payments accurately and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house area
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable; restaurant experience or barista experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- Personal presentation that reflects the professional image of the establishment

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
